Applications must be submitted using the prescribed Application Form.
The cost of the form, including the prospectus, is ₹100 (One Hundred Rupees).
Selection of students will be based on written and oral examinations.
Within one month from the date of admission, the following documents must be submitted for the respective student:
Birth Certificat
Transfer Certificate
Aadhaar Card
Bank Account Details
Four passport-sized photographs
Scholarship ID
Voter ID Card
Aadhaar Card
Income Certificate
Two photographs of both parents/guardians
Admission forms are available in various locations across West Bengal, a list of which has been provided.
Student Health and Medical Requirements:
At the time of admission, a medical report from a qualified MBBS doctor, including the student's blood group and any critical medical conditions, must be submitted.
Students with heart or lung-related issues will not be admitted. If such information is concealed by the guardian at the time of admission and later discovered, the student will be discharged from the institution.
In the event of illness, the academy will provide primary and necessary treatment, but all expenses must be borne by the guardian.
Admission for Economically Disadvantaged and Meritorious Students:
A certain number of seats are reserved annually for economically disadvantaged yet meritorious students, subject to the discretion of the secretary.
In such cases, applicants must demonstrate authenticity and honesty during the admission process. If any false claims are discovered, the guardian will be liable to bear the entire expense.
