Every student must adhere to the schedule and participate in prayers with the congregation. Additionally, students must read the Holy Quran after the Fajr prayer.
No student is allowed to leave the academy campus without prior permission. Students must return to the academy on the designated date after holidays. Presence of a guardian is mandatory on the day of return from holidays.
If a student fails to attend without a valid reason after holidays, a fine of Rs. 50 per day will be imposed.
Guardians must inform the academy office immediately if there is any change in address. A current phone number must also be provided to the academy.
Students may meet their guardians only on Sundays or holidays, and only those with a valid identification card will be allowed entry. Entry without valid identification may be restricted.
Hostel charges must be paid within the first week of every month.
For any special requirements, guardians must contact the designated academy helpline. Guardians may speak to their wards on Sundays via telephone.
If a student damages any property of the institution, they will be required to pay a fine for the damage. Repeated offenses may result in expulsion from the institution.
Students are not allowed to carry mobile phones, video games, or any electronic devices. If found, these items will be confiscated and will not be returned. Guardians are not permitted to appeal or object in such cases.
Guardians are not allowed to contact any teacher directly on their mobile phones. All communication must be made through the academy’s official contact number.
Complaints against any teacher, staff member, or employee should be submitted in writing to the secretary or discussed with them in person. Guardians are not permitted to directly question teachers or staff members.
If a student escapes from the institution, the academy authorities will inform the guardian and file a General Diary (GD)/Missing Diary/FIR at the local police station. Any expenses incurred during the legal process must be borne by the guardian.
Guardians may remain on the campus for a maximum of two hours between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on Sundays. No guardians are allowed on campus after 4:00 PM unless for a special reason.
If a student behaves indecently with classmates or other students, they will first be warned. If the behaviour persists, they may be restricted from the mission.
Students are responsible for keeping their bedrooms clean. If any items in the room are deliberately damaged, all students in that room will be collectively liable for the cost of repairs.
If the academy is required to close due to government orders, classes will be conducted online, and students must deposit 50% of the monthly tuition fees into the institution’s account.
